The values that guide our work and the people who make up the team.
Values
Trust, transparency and responsibility
Transparency
We are transparent, we are clear and straightforward, and we express nothing ambiguously.
Responsibility
We understand that one of the basic principles of our company and of society is responsibility for work well done and for the small actions aimed at respecting the environment we live in.
Team
The people at el Taller
The success of our small organisation is the skills and talents of our professionals, not just of one employee in particular. That is why our way of working is the cooperation of everyone together, in which all participants contribute knowledge and are the key to our success.
